Parent Coaching in Denver, Colorado
Discover transformative parent coaching with Lola & Me Therapy, offered in personalized one-on-one sessions to support your growth as a parent and promote your family’s well-being.
What Is Parent Coaching?
Parent coaching is a collaborative process where you and a licensed therapist work together to tackle your parenting goals. Some parents come into coaching with clear objectives in mind, such as managing behavioral issues or improving communication with their children. Others may not know exactly what they want to change but are experiencing challenges they’d like to overcome—and that’s okay! We start where you feel most comfortable and guide you through the process of making positive changes.
In our sessions, we explore past experiences that may influence your current parenting style, and we’ll equip you with effective tools to manage parenting stress and create a healthier family dynamic. Whether you need help with day-to-day struggles or long-term growth, our goal is to empower you as a parent.
We charge $165 per 50-minute session but offer reduced-fee options based on individual financial circumstances. We believe every parent should have access to the support they need. Let’s talk about what works for you, so financial stress doesn’t stand in the way of positive change for your family.
