Therapy Intensives

Focused, immersive therapy — when you're ready to go deeper

Extended, concentrated sessions give you dedicated space to slow down, dig in, and work through what matters most, with a therapist beside you the whole way.

Who Intensives Are For

Is an intensive right for you?

Intensives can be a good fit when something feels too big for a weekly hour: a painful season in your relationship, family conflict, trauma you're ready to face, burnout, or a transition that has left you feeling stuck. During your consultation, we'll help you decide whether an intensive or weekly sessions make the most sense.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a therapy intensive cost?

Every intensive is tailored to your needs, goals, and schedule, so pricing is quoted during your planning session. We are a private-pay practice, provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and accept HSA payments.

How is an intensive different from weekly therapy?

Weekly therapy builds change gradually in 50-minute sessions. An intensive concentrates the work into extended 90-, 120-, or 180-minute sessions over one or several days, giving you dedicated space to go deeper without week-long pauses between conversations.

Where will we meet? How does telehealth work?

We can meet in person at our Denver Highlands office or online through Telehealth by SimplePractice. For online sessions, we send a secure link for you to open from a private space.

Who will I be meeting with?

We will match you with the therapist whose experience best supports your goals. You will meet that therapist during a free consultation before an intensive is scheduled.

Do you accept my insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly. We provide superbills that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement; contact your insurance company for details about your benefits and deductible.
