Whole-person care
Anxiety rarely exists in a vacuum. Our whole-person approach considers your mental health alongside your relationships, environment, physical health, and sleep — because wellness is not a destination, it's a journey.
Racing thoughts, a tight chest, a mind that won't switch off — anxiety has a way of making even ordinary days feel heavy. At Lola & Me Therapy, we offer an authentic, nonjudgmental, brave, and safe space where you can slow down, make sense of what your anxiety is telling you, and build practical tools to manage it. We work with children, teens, and adults in person at our Denver Highlands office and online across Colorado.
Sound Familiar?
Anxiety shows up differently for everyone. For some it's constant worry; for others it lives mostly in the body. You might recognize yourself in some of these:
If any of this sounds like you, you're not alone — and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people reach out to us, and consistent, personalized therapy can help you understand it and work with it.
How Therapy Helps
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Every individual is unique and deserves an approach tailored to their needs and goals — so we start where you want us to and meet you where you are. Together we might use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to notice the thought patterns that fuel your worry and practice responding to them differently; mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches (ACT) to help you relate to anxious thoughts without being ruled by them; and somatic tools like breathwork and grounding to help calm your body when your nervous system is stuck in overdrive. Along the way, we add tools to your tool belt so you can manage anxious moments on your own — in session and out in the world.

If it feels right for you, Lola, our certified professional therapy dog, can join sessions, bringing comfort, warmth, and a little humor to hard conversations; Graham, our Bernese Mountain Dog in training, joins select sessions under supervision as part of his training.
Hannah Snider and Tori Brown both work with anxiety, each bringing their own style and training. We'll help pair you with the therapist who best fits your goals.

We can meet in person at our Denver office, located conveniently in the Highlands area. For telehealth, we use Telehealth by SimplePractice: we'll send an accessible link to your phone or email — all you need to do is get comfortable in a safe space, click the link, and join the video meeting.
We offer 50-minute sessions with an optional 30-minute add-on for an additional fee. We recommend clients attend sessions a minimum of once a week to start; depending on your needs, meeting twice a week is a possibility.
