Upcoming Groups

📆 Dates TBH

Healing is often easier when we feel supported by others who truly understand.

At Lola & Me Therapy, we are continuing to explore therapy groups designed to create compassionate, supportive spaces where individuals can connect, share, process, and heal in community.

  • The First Year Circle – A supportive space for new parents navigating the first year of parenthood with babies ages 0–1
  • Rise & Reclaim – A healing-centered group for survivors of sexual assault seeking support, empowerment, and connection
  • Breaking the Bond – A supportive space for survivors of domestic violence and emotionally abusive relationships to process their experiences, rebuild self-trust, and heal from trauma bonds and manipulation.
  • Holding Their Memory – A grief support group for those coping with the loss of a loved one to suicide

Group therapy can offer meaningful connection, encouragement, validation, and the reminder that healing does not have to happen in isolation.

Many people find comfort in being surrounded by others who can relate to their experiences while learning new tools for healing and growth together.

If one of these groups resonates with you or someone you know, we’d love to connect.

Reach out to learn more or join the interest list for upcoming group opportunities.
