How Lola & Me Therapy collects, uses, and protects information from contact forms, consultation scheduling, cookies, and related services.

Information we collect
When you use our website, we may collect the name, email address, and phone number you submit through our contact form, consultation booking form, and newsletter signup. The consultation booking form also collects your requested services, a brief description of what you want to work on, scheduling preferences, budget, desired start timeframe and frequency, referral source, and acknowledgement of our cancellation and private-pay notice. We also collect standard usage data — such as pages visited and general location — through cookies and website analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, send The Therapy Corner newsletter to subscribers who opt in, understand how visitors use our site, and measure the effectiveness of our outreach and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate: HighLevel (website consultation scheduling, appointment notes, and website attribution), Google Analytics (website usage measurement), Meta Pixel (advertising measurement), Vercel (website and form infrastructure), SimplePractice (our client portal, scheduling, and telehealth), Mentaya (out-of-network claim submission, for clients who opt in), and our email newsletter provider. We never sell your personal information.
A note about health information
This policy covers our website. Clients of the practice receive a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices at intake, which governs their protected health information. The consultation form asks for a brief description of what you want to work on so our team can prepare; please do not include diagnoses, treatment history, or other detailed clinical information. Do not use the website form or email for emergencies.
Cookies and analytics
If you allow analytics in our website privacy choices, we use cookies and similar technologies from HighLevel, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel to understand website use, attribute visits, and measure advertising. These services may receive information such as the page visited, referring page, browser or device information, general location derived from IP address, and their own cookie or device identifiers. HighLevel's external tracking technology may also collect information you submit through website forms, including consultation-form responses. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are configured by us to receive page-view and form-event information, not the values you type into form fields. You can decline analytics and still use the website, revisit your selection through the Cookie choices control, limit cookies in your browser, and use Google and Meta advertising controls to manage personalized advertising.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Our site links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here with an updated effective date.
