What to Expect

What is identity exploration therapy?

Identity exploration is where you and your clinician work on understanding, affirming, and celebrating your authentic self. Sometimes we know exactly which parts of our identity we want to explore and are ready to dive in. Other times, we may feel unsure, or we are navigating questions about our gender, sexual orientation, or how we show up in the world—and that is perfectly okay.

We start where you want us to and walk with you as you explore your identity, process the experiences that have shaped you, and build tools to support your mental health, self-confidence, and well-being. Tori listens nonjudgmentally, supports your authenticity, challenges when it is helpful, and offers tools to help you grow into the person you want to be.
